Australian Achiever Awards 2009

In Jan 2009 Cabrini Linen Service were the recipient of a “Highly Recommended” award for excellence in customer relations at the Australian Achiever Awards with a rating of 95.66%.

Also a special commendation for highly consistent levels of outstanding customer satisfaction over a period of 5 years was attained with ratings of 93.01% in 2005, 93.01% in 2006, 95.23% in 2007, 96.08% in 2008 and 95.66% in 2009. This award is unequalled within the industry.

ISO 9001

Cabrini Linen Service is accredited against ISO Standard 9001:2008 which covers the Quality Management System for the reprocessing and supply of linen to Hospitals, Health Institutions and Hospitality including the reprocessing and supply of sterile and non-sterile theatre packs. The registration also covers the provision of Dry Cleaning services to the Medical, Hospitality industries and the general public. Pleasing comments from the auditors recognised CLS as leaders in the industry in benchmarking for Quality Assurance programs.


Corporate Partnership

Cabrini Linen Service and Hawthorn Football Club have formulated an agreement that sees the linen service supplying towelling product to the football club for the new home of Hawthorn at Waverley Park.

In return the linen service are provided with a number of memberships that gives staff the opportunity to attend matches throughout the year.

Also during the year a number of Hawthorn players visit the laundry and interact with the staff.
